SOE Connect operates on a paid subscription basis, taken out for a twelve-month period from its activation. Payment is required before the account is activated.
Electronic payment is made notably via KKiaPay, using the means available on the platform. The account is activated once payment is confirmed.
Renewal is manual: no automatic payment is taken without separate, explicit authorisation. Upon expiry, a thirty-day grace period is granted, during which some features may be limited and data is retained. After this period, access may be suspended until renewal.
SOE SARL provides a networking platform and guarantees neither the conclusion of a partnership or sale, nor the solvency of a member, nor the commercial success of any connection made. Users are responsible for decisions made following their exchanges.

SOE Connect is a professional platform intended to foster meetings and collaboration between economic players. In particular, the following are prohibited: fraudulent or misleading content, hateful or discriminatory remarks, identity theft, and mass solicitation.
Any user can report content or a message. Moderation measures range from a warning to account suspension, and the user concerned has a right of reply.
